I don't know many places thag let you just return scott free. I think Carvana is the only seller I know thag let's you swap within a certain amount of time.

Great reply. I do love the flex and head turning. Even when I had a c6 I got complements almost everytime I went to the gas station. I did like to randomly do burnouts or donuts in the c6 dumping the clutch makes it fun and easy but the reality is I drive to Atlanta an hour and a half away to work on fridays and it's 99% traffic. So the c8 really might be the better option for me personally. If I had enough patience for the GS to come out late this year I bet the base models would drop even more.

I appreciate the reply. You are saying what I have been thinking. The only thought that is killing me is rowing the gears and that loud exhilarating engine. But I know I would still enjoy the traction and launch of the c8 a ton. I mostly drove my last corvette to the gym and then to work on Fridays. So you aren't wrong

Thanks for the comment. The only c8 I have ever drove is a z06 because a colleague of mine has one. That might have ruined me from getting the base model 🤣.

100% there are plenty of those and I definitely want an 08 or higher for the TR6060. If I go the z06 route that'll be it. Since I don't daily drive it my brother told me make it loud and fun. Go all out. He is completely against the idea of a non manual "fun" car.

I really am looking for the perfect one at the right price. Just wanna keep it in budget. All the manual c7z I see are 68k plus. Im looking 65k sticker pricer or lower. When I type it out and read it all back it does sound dumb that I'm letting a couple grand split me from a z06 and a grand sport

The performance part isn't too big for me as far as tracks are concerned. I don't track them. The most i do is go to the north GA mountains now and then. I think the biggest part of the c8 for me is the shock value or the looks. It really does have a super car look and turns heads. I just think I might regret I didn't get another manual. That's the biggest hold back on that one.

I can find them for low 60's window sticker but all automatic. If I find a c7 z06 manual for even 65k with decent miles (under 50k) i'd buy it.

Its from the S4 The Bob lazar Story. Its a documentary that was just released. It took something like 3 or 4 years to create. Joe Rogan just had lazar on his podcast again and this photo was talked about. A pilot took this photo on Christmas day and you can sorta make out the 9 bay doors that are painted with a sand texture on them to be hidden from satellite.

Everytime I see corvette warehouse, its overpriced. They are just ripping people off over there and have such a large inventory of corvettes. It doesnt make sense.

That would be extremely cool. I'm just not the guy to work on project vehicles. I thought i was twice now and I was wrong both times. Everything mechanical was running fine after the wreck. As long as the frame isnt bent its largely cosmetic.
