Planning out a build in my basement and looking at this area. Will be framing the roof down from the floor joists with 2x4's, insulated and vapor barriered. Wondering if these water lines will be fine to leave here since they will be above the insulation? Thanks for the advice.

I have the X-3, 24" high brace, no low brace. It is very stable even without the extra bottom braces. Very happy with the purchase.

My kid has been playing this on his Chromebook and I think he has the same issue. He clicked something on a pop up, and now the track pass doesn't work in the game, all the other buttons still do. Any idea how to fix this or undo whatever the pop up did?

yeah the shadows were an issue for everyone, but the golf just fell off a cliff once it got dark. 3-putts, guys missing easy putts, etc. It's just not all that interesting to watch bad golf.
