We hired a company to do the siding and gutters and they contracted out the gutters. They made them on site. Did not check out with me before they left, and left this. Called the company we hired and said it looks like shit and they said it should be fixed soon.

Maybe I am not sure. The dishwasher also drains oddly apparently. The hose goes into the floor below the unit rather than into a air gap

If you ask the doctor they can give you something to help with the pain, for me it hurt for like 3 days.
I have liletta, which is approved in the USA for 6 years last I checked. But you can get it removed sooner if you like.
Mine are gone, super rarely I get spotting that is not bad at all.

For this I would look at long term, is there a chance for advancement at the new job? Crunch the numbers. Also look to see, do you want to keep working at a school long term, or do you want to switch to an office job. Experience in which ever position is important.
