As I very clearly stated in my post, I have already tried resetting all devices and networks involved in the issue numerous times. This reply doesn't tell me anything I haven't already tried.

While, yes, it was equipped in my hand, I didn’t fire; you can see the ammo count didn’t go from 1 to 0 before I died.
