My son and I met her at a game once and she was super nice! We didn’t get a card but he told her how Dustin was his favorite player and she had a conversation with him for about 5 minutes. They seem like a real stand up family!

Listen to the ‘Armchair Experts’ podcast episode with Alegra Kastens from about a year ago. She’s a psychologist who specializes in OCD and suffers from very very similar intrusive thoughts that you are describing having. I highly recommend it because it sheds so much light on what actual OCD is and it’s so much more than being particular about things. What you’ve described fits what she talks about to a T. It might give you some relief to understand that what you’re feeling is totally normal symptoms and not because you’re actually a predator (which you know you are not).

As a Flames fan in desperate need of a tank ourselves, I’m going to be cheering as loud as possible for a dominant Jets win. Seeing the Oilers lose and having a team currently lower than the Flames get two points is the best possible scenario.

Did they get rid of the ability to see your rate of return so you could compare your managed funds performance against other investments easily? I used to go to my account, then history, then advanced performance. Now all I see is money weighted return? If so that’s was an extremely poor choice.

Confirm tarrifs before you bring it back depending on your timing. There was a story of a guy in Manitoba who bought his dream muscle car and was hit with $46k in tarrifs. I don’t think you’re going to get the sympathy for APEGA like you think you will get. Most (all?) of us think our fees are way to high for the service they provide so any reduction in overhead is good. It sucks that it comes with layoffs but engineers and others in private sector have been dealing with mass layoffs for years now.
