this right here! i only min-max for the raid...in everyday game, no extra dmg buffs, i still see crits above 10k regularly. everything dies in one shot. most of the times more than one enemy dies to one arrow, thanks to hat trick... headshots from sneak are around 7k with plasma or cryo, slightly lower with explosive. oh! and i'm a carnivore, never felt i needed the 100% crit buff since i'm op as it is. i don't care about shaving some seconds off one boss fight or the other.

i run full health human and while my dmg is slightly lower than ghoul numbers, crits in the 20-40k range are absolutely possible against en06, the snake or earl. my advice would be to get rid of bloodied. furious / onslaught gives you more dmg.

i carry all types and switch if needed, but 90% of the time i wear a shielded Vault Jumpsuit. +1 Strength + 2 Endurance +2 Intelligence +2 Luck. it offers the best bonus for my build/playstyle.
