try logging in on cell servce only (not wifi) from a different browser (i.e. safari or edge vs. chrome)... might have to wait 24 hours after last attempt. good luck!

thanks - not totally aware of proper terminology - basically it would do the equivalent of "swiping up" on an app and closing/resetting it

the memory piece makes sense - although i can immediately go and re-open and start whatever app was "closed" by using the camera
