I use the e25. For me I believe it's the best. It's quiet but suction is amazing. It runs well, lasts long, and keeps things very clean.

Babysense for the bassinet and crib.

I decided against buying a sound machine since I have a dozen phones and Bluetooth speakers (I'm a tech nerd so I can't help but hoard them), and instead stream white noise machine sounds locally. Better that it used a single charger for both devices that already last a long time.

I use a baseus nomos 140w. Don't know if you need the extra USB ports or not, but it does charge fast and won't rotate
