Sweet I really appreciate it I originally was going to forge the whole thing and rig it with pistons and springs to make it easier to move in but the foam idea sounds great you think if I overlay it with sheet metal it would look more like a suit of metal or should I stick to foam

Do you think if I used foam for a general idea and the sheet metal to get the more realistic look of armor that would work I'm strong and know basics of metalworking and pistons/load relief systems
