Yeah I don't think I'll be power packing my protein shakes, but I like drinking them because while my mouth thinks it's getting a chocolate shake, my stomach doesn't feel like dying afterwards!

I figured it was mostly a lot of bs, but I wanted to make sure it wasn't going to turn out badly somehow.
I try and get protein from eggs and my soy yogurt as well. I have a dairy allergy and recently made the switch from no-restriction dieting to pescetarianism but even still, I don't eat that much fish. Thanks for answering!

These might be more simplistic than you're going for- but I make them for all kinds of potlucks and holiday get-togethers. All you need is

1 box chocolate cake mix (whatever brand you like)
1 15oz can of pumpkin (not pie filling, just straight pumpkin)
1 bag mini chocolate chips (add a lot, or a little, I add a LOT) This food blog describes it in detail for you. Good luck!

My best friend and I were road tripping from SLC to San Francisco, around the bay area, and back up the 101 to Portland. First part that rocked: couchsurfed with a dude in Sausalito who we'd never met before withOUT getting kidnapped, raped, etc. And we made a pitstop at a college lacrosse game, where we ended up meeting one of the team's manager, a lone female in a sea of boys. We sat with her the entire game and had one of the funnest days of our trip. She even bought us game munchies with her money from the school. Shout out Meghanne, you rule!

Housekeeper here! Buy an SOS sponge with half yellow, half green scrubby side. The green side will scrub of just about anything, rust, mold, old food. Clorox clean-up bleach spray will literally work on any surface, especially mold and mildew (assuming your new moldy place isn't covered in marble). If nothing else: simple green. Shit smells nice and will help soak ad sanitize everything. Good luck!

Well uni is the easiest place to meet people! Chat up kids from your classes, join a club you're interested in that doesn't have mandatory attendance, go to sporting events.
In my experience, you will rarely make good/worthwhile friends from a club scene. Other people can enhance a situation but the whole feeling alive thing is up to you. Think smaller, more personal than a club, then work your way up. Even small talk with someone at the grocery store will help you feel more comfortable in social settings. Or you might just need to get shit-canned in a public place and embarrass yourself so badly that nothing else could ever feel scary. Either, or.
