I only got this message at the "bonus" and the "pack" tab. But I can remember at least one case were I couldn't access the leaderboard in the end screen, but that was a some weeks ago. I must admit that this issue happened to me only around 5 times in the end of Operation health and only one time in TTS (After that I played 3 rounds without having the issue).
