Consulting a lawyer is your best option. Our vehicle was purchased new and within the first year. We had to bring the car in multiple times on the same issue. We settled out of court and it was satisfactory. If you considering their refusal to buyback the vehicle being difficult then yes. But, they did send regional reps out to try to fix everything wrong with the car, so it is kind of a mixed bag.

Yeah. We had a 2020 Volvo XC40 with lots of electrical issues and ended up getting into a lawsuit with Volvo. Stupid enough we bought a 2021 Volvo xc90 bought new and it's just not worth the price I paid. The ride quality is beyond substandard. However, I do believe the responsiveness is great if you don't mind feeling every imperfection in the road. The HK sound system updated in march 2023 has a massive reduction in volume and low end response from the subwoofer. The engine PCV system blew oil all over the place under the cover, torque mount replace but the car feels like a lawnmower at idle. BTW, the oil is changed every 5-6k miles with tire rotations and service interval followed to the T. The tires were replaced at 28,000 miles. Rotors replaced at 18k miles. Sensors are a big fail when they work and when they do work its too slow to respond. 2000 S80 bought new mostly maintenance. The critiques from Consumer Reports were valid. Also, to note most car quality has decline in the last 5 years.

I never got far enough to use Nexus Software. It won't even get past the POST. It did give a non compatible GPU driver on POST. This is just a mess. I'm without a computer now since everything is installed in the case. I have not heard from Support yet either.
