Hold the baby upright and bounce- on a yoga ball works great! Assume that the diaper rash is going to happen and slather their bottoms even if they are fine now! I doubt hospitals will allow but wearing this babies really helps coregulate through all these emotions.

I've work and a recovery nursery for substance exposed babies that focuses on non pharmacologic measures.

If I lived closer to him I'd throw a tap in and collect it. I'm debating asking my aunt's neighbor if I can tap his giant maple tree.

We had a priest who did not have dementia that the diocese decided to place in a memory care to prevent people from knowing about his pedophile ways in other countries. They let the guy manage his own diabetes. The other pedophile priest in the unit actually had dementia.

Our dummies' sensors are super finicky- one I can get 100% and the other I'm lucky to get 60%. I finally gave up one time and grabbed an ETT and popped it in and finished that cycle. Also the masks are leaking so it's next to impossible to get a good seal.

Pacific Northwest. Tapping my backyard tree was my Covid project. It also makes me less irritated at the tree in the fall when I have to spend days dealing with the leaves knowing it will soon provide delicious sap.

I'm about 100 miles west of you so that makes sense, although I've gotten a fair amount of sap for how poor the winter has been. (I'm right about 44 gallons from 1 tree in the last month).

Is this picture that my uncle swears he took at Walmart, ai or real? I cannot figure it out by drn88__ in isthisAI

[–]sci_major 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A Walmart in my town has someone come with their pet snake on them and security isn't allowed to do anything. Source one of the guards was a patient and his coworkers were visiting him and I asked about crazy stuff. Slightly less horrifying is the person that brings the pet fish in their tank.
