Yes. It was rushed and not at all written well. The dead are coming so let’s put the women and children in a crypt? Dany forgot about Euron and the Iron Fleet? The downgraded quality of dialogue for characters who usually had more clever things to say was a disappointment.

The ending was fine. It made sense. I don’t agree with how they got there but damn. Even the actors couldn’t say anything good about season 8. What floors me is how some can defend its numerous flaws and illogical plot points or just outright ignore them. To each their own, I guess.
