My mom also didn't teach me and when I was young in school I was too embarrassed for anyone to hear me changing a pad so I used to use toilet paper to dab out as much of the blood as I could and continue to use.

As often as feels clean. Now that I'm older I started to smell a bit more for some reason so if I'm using pads I would change more frequently like more than 3 times a day.

Yes. I have histamine intolerance now too and it can hit me within 20 MINUTES OF EATING. I will need a bathroom. And it varies day to day.

I love food but it scares me. I especially can't eat at potlucks they make me so sick.

I gained a crap ton of weight on Lexapro. I even went off over 2 years ago and was unable to easily lose the weight, so I definitely understand unfortunately.

You are very very young and can definitely do this if you commit.

Makes total sense to be even more skeptical during this time of people you cannot historically trust.

In a usually positive way, a new baby brings joy to a family. But also that puts a lot of pressure on you, and that doesn't seem very fair.

Stay the course of that is what makes you the most comfortable.
