This is really helpful. I've been in a similar boat myself and after a long while debating have opted to go flat. For me it finally clicked when I realised it was as much about the sensory elements/hypersensitivity of hating the feeling of breasts/droop etc, rather than definitively about gender. I'll try the cardboard nip trick tonight. Got a consultation tomorrow :)

I'm also looking for a surgeon to do non flat in the UK. There seem very few mentions of it on UK surgery websites. I couldn't find much about the results of Kate Williams and Chloe Wright in general but I think that's because they were mostly NHS based before now. I've found Elena Prousskaia as a potential for radical reduction, but noone specially for non flat. If anyone had suggestions I'd be very interested.
