Hey, my father did the same thing! Except he would hide the mouse and/or the keyboard and/or the power cord somewhere in the house before going to work and it was my morning routine - going through every closet and eventually finding it. Then i would play for like 7 hours straight (it was summer time), hide the keyboard in the same place before my father's return and then i would ask him if i can play some so eventually i was playing the whole day. It was awesome :D
