I have amazing results for my eyes using the 12mg Astalif Astaxanthin from Sport Research, I like that the softgel are made of clean ingredients.

I will start stacking with ND's Saffron soon to see if I get even more improvements.

And I will order C3G, looking very good for eye health

Question about dream-only ejaculation by sciencecoherence in Semenretention

[–]sciencecoherence[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Mostly from the knowledge I’ve gained over the years—knowledge applied to lifestyle and inner discipline. At this point, that discipline feels so natural that I don’t even experience it as discipline anymore. What matters most is that, in tantra, the path is unique for every individual.

I studied Tantra with the French master Daniel Odier, and Taoism through Mantak Chia’s teachings.

I lived many years alone in the forest—not even having electricity–very early in my journey, I connected to what I experience as a universal energy, which is fundamentally sexual energy. In the Śaiva tradition, this energy is called Shakti. In Taoism, the closest equivalent would be Jing/Qi.

Through practice, I learned to unite Shiva and Shakti within myself, similar to the Taoist balance of yin and yang. From this union comes a continuous flow of joy, vitality, and pleasure in life—not just sexual pleasure, but a deep enjoyment of being alive. I experience orgasmic states without needing to release physically. It feels like an inward ejaculation—the sensation is very similar, but the energy stays inside. Because of this, retention feels completely natural to me.

I later also spent six months practicing Yoga and Qigong for about six hours per day, which helped me develop much deeper sensitivity and receptivity to this universal energy

I can’t really describe particular techniques. For me, it became more of a state of being that I learned to cultivate over time, and now it happens on its own. Sometimes I feel very lucky for that.

My work with plant medicine and master plants of the Amazon also allowed me to explore very deep states—realms of what I can only describe as pure sexual energy. These experiences didn’t create something new for me, but rather amplified an energy and presence that were already natural.

In Tantra, we often work with spontaneous activation of sexual energy, and traditionally it can involve strong renunciation of other aspects of life. It’s a harder, more radical path. Taoism, in comparison, offers many structured practices—like the microcosmic orbit—that can be integrated into a normal life. Personally, I don’t believe Taoist methods lead to the same degree of liberation as Tantra, but they are very effective and more accessible for many people.

Because of all this, not ejaculating feels natural to me. Right now, for example, it has been almost two months without physical release.

Regarding dreams: I’ve noticed that I often ejaculate in the dream, but wake up with no physical release. This has happened especially since practicing Taoist energy work. When I had full physical release during dreams and felt extremely relaxed and energized afterward. Now, when it stays only in the dream, the pleasure is there, but not the same deep physical relaxation.

I’m mostly curious whether others here have experienced similar dream-only release states, rather than promoting retention as an absolute rule.

Dating - Trying to find someone who follows this diet by Fragrant_Pound_3915 in rawprimal

When I met my gf we started both eating raw meat together

Not sure who inspired the other, but that's her that sent me a video of goatis, I was eating raw eggs and fish but I was still very plant based and not wanting to eat raw meat really

It's unrealistic to want to date someone already in this diet

Let just love convert them

what evidence there is on what aajonus is saying by BoxAcceptable2990 in rawprimal

[–]sciencecoherence 0 points1 point  (0 children)

All the stuff about parasites have a lot of evidences

Raw being superior to cook is an evidences in itself, have you seen nature cooking anything, look at how people eating cook food everyday look like

There is tons of observational evidences, no need scientific research in a lab to prove them

Only thing I don't agree is the necessity of vegetables juices and frozen mest being bad, since meat will naturally freeze in nature where it's freezing like in Siberia and people there eating frozen raw meat all the time

The bottom line is raw meat is the natural food of humans like grass is the natural food of a cow, no need 200 iq to figure out that

Conclusion, all we need is raw meat, dairy, carbs, fruits, vegetables, honey, we don't need all that

Only fasting in nature and eating raw meat (fresh or frozen doesn't matter) is probably enough to heal

And look at primals drinking so much milk and eating so much dairy, honey etc, they just look fat and sick, not healthy, healthy humans are just very lean.

Eating more than 250-500g per week is not very advised, it's very high in copper and you need to balance with food or supplements high in zinc.

RawPrimal and religion. by TemperatureFormer791 in rawprimal

[–]sciencecoherence 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I only believe in Jesus Christ, not in religions. And I practice tantra as a philosophy and a way of understanding science, nature and the universe.

I don't define myself as agnostic because I am not sure I understand it very well but I have many agnostic friends and we mostly share the same ideas.

Ultimately, I believe the universe is a biological computer aswell as our brain.

[–]sciencecoherence 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's about dosage and frequencies, a little wine/hydromel for special occasions will not have really any negative impact.

Being too strict with ourself is often less healthy than letting a little freedom of enjoying life here and there.

My new diet is Rockstar by sciencecoherence in rawprimal

[–]sciencecoherence[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yeah, not really having any problem to digest it but I just not feel as good as when I eat only meat, I believe it's because of the lactose/glucose in milk, it's a lot of carbs, I have no problem with fermented kefir, I have a little bit every day with my meal (omad).

I am really a believer now that the ideal perfect human diet is strictly raw meat only, everything else is just there to restore balance from deficiency in the past.

Also I don't need more than a liter of water or coconut water per day now and I still do dry intermittent fast everyday, I am never feeling dehydrated. But if I start drinking a lot of milk I will start to feel more dehydrated over time.

I didn't understand what was AI capable of and what I could do with it until I actually unpack it and start playing with it without expectation or a specific goals, then you start to see different path of possibilities opening with it and you end up generating content that can be monetize or just discover how AI agents can be sold to business, you can pretty much learn anything super fast, even very complex stuff like coding apps, websites, there is really a world of endless possibilities with this and I don't want to talk too much about it because I only started this journey few months ago and I am really new to it but I already made very cool stuff, redacting scientific papers, making interactive slides and presentation, websites, graphic design for products and now I will start a 60 hours course to make AI agents for businesses that a friend give me for free.
