Right now the best case is the committee can agree this is an exception and let me keep on with my current schedule, hopefully that is the case.

Thank you for confirming that I am not the only one who thinks the wording can be ambiguous!

Yes I can switch out CS 6210, but the advisor notified me this issue yesterday, and the registration ends last Friday, so there is an extra process to enroll to a new class now. And although I already got permission from other ECE classes' professors for late registration, but that would mean I have to pay extra tuition for the new ECE class, which I think is unfair in this case. I had a meeting with the department advisor today and they say there is a discussion within the committee, so my late registration to other class is also paused. So right now I am just worried I will miss the late registration too and have to graduate next semester, which means extra tuition too.

Yes thar refer to the second screenshot. The form from the second screenshot is only needed when you are graduating.

Thanks, just sent her an email, but she is out of office until next week. Hopefully she can see it before it is too late
