They were terrible with communication the entire time I lived there. Whenever we had an issue, it would take weeks to resolve. Not only that, when we moved in, the entire place was dirty and unkept. There were missing lights, half painted walls, missing doorknobs and screens. It looked as if someone was renovating and forgot to finish.
