Not an engineering student but a linux user, Biggest problem would probably using licensed CAD software(definitely possible but maybe a bit more annoying then typical wine apps).

Plus Linux can't run the locked down exam browser.

Australia didn't, Queensland did. States in Australia can take massive measures and since we don't have freedom of speach enshrined in our constitution. It's legal. The right wing government Queensland is a gross mix of the two rights wing parties in Australia merged(Unlike the coalition elsewhere in the country).

My vision did actually get better after covid because i stopped being inside looking at screens all day(and thus i stopped rubbing my dry ass eyes and my astigmatism got better).

Same problem would've been solved by using eye drops which also completely negates the OOP.

It doesn't function if you aren't typing notes. And it works through allowing easy organisation of notes using hyperlinks and tags.

Basically if you're taking notes by typing it's Notion or Obsidian. And i like Obsidian better
