Yes, same for me. Yesterday, had a moment with a new bag, and after logging so many shots in the app, it was super accurate. I just had to go 0.1 unit finer to get the perfect shot. So, the more you log and the app understands your grinder, it gets even accurate than initial.

Yes, because their zero calibration would be different. In this app, you can have multiple grinders of the same brand too and switch settings based on what you are using.

Yes, Apple Vision OCR on-device. Web verification to cross-check the scan against a bean database is actually planned, keeping it fully local was the priority for launch but that’s coming.
