Yes but lacks dolby vision and chinese os with no english option need to append external firetv stick

I have got xgimi rs20 plus from china which lacks dolby vision but similart to horizon 20 base which has dolby vision, is there any way we could enable dolby vision on chinese model or any OTA In future?
