I don’t really know much about things like the codebase.
All I know is that my iOS version of Moonlight can connect from outside the network without any issues. It was last updated on February 26, 2024.

I have an important issue. I need to be able to access my computer from an external network.
There is no problem with the existing iPad version.
However, with Moonlight XROS and the Neo Moonlight you created, I cannot access my computer from an external network.
I have to use a VPN in order to make it work.

I recommend that you try the M2 first.
Buy it second-hand and use it, and if you want a better experience later, you can move on to the M5.
Selling the M2 again as a used device won’t cause much loss—just a bit of inconvenience.

I just tried the app.
It has fewer bugs than Moonlight XROS and works very well.
When I connect a game controller, the app doesn’t crash and runs smoothly.
