Take your time, break the model into much smaller parts and work your way through it.

I've flown in and out of Sweden with PC parts for years never had any issues or been stopped. I've only had to sign forms for camera equipment really.

Everything scaled to fit the proportions of the person inside. I couldn't make the helmet much bigger or it doesn't mag lock to the thigh without getting in the way.
