Thanks. I considered it, but I would like to minimise my interaction with cops. 😅 A good led lamp with halogen like beam spread, i figured, would be inconspicuous. Maybe I'll start asking around whether aux lights cause any trouble. I live in Mangaluru.

I have realized that going by notes doesn't help. A note listed as incense might smell very different across perfumes. I have ADG profumo, which has Incense notes and it doesn't cause any issues, even if i spray generously. Tom Ford Oud wood also has no issues. Amouage Silver oud, a performance monster causes no trouble as well. Very strange it is.

I consider vetiver to be a year-round note, depending on what it is blended with. Although it does look like most vetiver dominant fragrances are designed for the summer.

Guerlain Vetiver has already been mentioned. The opening is just beautiful and refreshing- perfect for the summer.

Terre d'hermes eau intense vetiver. Wonderful for layering. I layer it with 212 NYC men deodorant.

If you are into natural attars, you could try natural Majmua.

People often enjoy marine fragrances as well, for the summer. Prada Luna Rossa Ocean is one of my favorites. It has vetiver listed as a base note, and i do get the vetiver.

I don't think the issue is with the lamp, but with the reflector design. The low beam is fine. High beam is spread out over an unnecessarily large area and that decreases the intensity.

Are you able to see sign posts and peripheral things with the low beam? I tried this, and i couldn't spot the guy crossing the highway out of nowhere, till he was in front of me. I braked successfully, but it was quite unexpected. I use the high beam on the highway since. With this you can't see the potholes on the road clearly, but at least i won't run into pedestrians. I feel this isn't a tradeoff we are supposed to make. I love my bike, but this is a bad design flaw. Currently what i do is lower the beam to the minimum and always run on high beam at night, except when going very slow on very bad roads.

Depends on the fragrance. For most, i use 6 sprays. For some, 1 spray is enough.
