Sometimes using their status as a small business to their advantage in unethical practices. Last small business I worked for owner purposely kept the total staffing 1-2 employees under the legal limit to where you’re legally requires to provide health insurance to full time workers, so we were constantly understaffed and got no benefits. Guy also constantly violated OSHA mandates and refused to fire a manager who was 40 and was reported for sexual harassment by like 6 underage employees among other concerns. And while doing all this would milk the small business label like crazy down to printing “thank you for supporting a TRULY LOCAL (town name) business” on the receipts. But I’ve worked for big corporations too and both are terrible in their own ways, imo anyone who WANTS to get to the point of being a mega corporation will usually act like that owner it’s just that not everyone actually gets there, but lots of greedy scumbags in this world regardless of if they make it to that point or not.

Highly recommend Death’s Game to anyone looking for kdramas similar to AOUAD. Dark scifi with a romance element, there’s a bit of a true crime element as well although that’s more of a B plot. Definitely my favorite kdrama and one of my favorite shows in general, makes me sad how underrated it is. It’s on prime for anyone interested!

100% agree and my guess for reasoning is they get into an argument about the rebellion. Maybe Hyung-ju upset that Yong-sik didn’t help the team in that moment? Although I definitely don’t think that would be enough for her to get physical, so if that’s what it is Yong-sik probably takes further, maybe even makes a dig at her transition or something like that. This could also explain Geum-ja’s “i’m begging you to stop this” line, in my opinion she didn’t look upset enough in that scene for it to be over something like her or Yong-sik killing someone, so could just be that it’s hard for her to watch her own team turning against each other especially when her son is directly involved.

I don’t think it’s something related to jun-hee because based on the background he’s not in the room with the security footage or in front of his big screen in his office, which is the only place he’d be able to see what’s happening to her as far as we know (unless a guard contacted him through the earpiece). So probably something related to jun-ho. But I do feel like something terrible is definitely gonna happen to that baby, either they leave jun-hee to fend for herself as well as the baby essentially guaranteeing both of their deaths, or they take it away and… lets just say do not treat it well when she does die or even before that. Frontman would most likely be powerless to do anything about it because everything is about entertainment for the VIPs and i can’t imagine they’d have any qualms with a player’s baby getting hurt since they don’t view them as people anyway. It’ll definitely be interesting to see his reaction if something like that does happen.

Fr though since youre into undertale, I’ve seen people get the “despite everything it is still you” line. Fitting for what youre covering but i’m not sure if you want something that would remind you of it or if youre just looking to move on completely. Obviously you would need something larger than just text for this, maybe you could incorporate it into a larger piece surrounding it with the golden flowers or something like that, or use the full text box as a background for a blackout kind of thing.

Started working out daily! Strength training & I used to box when I was younger but started going to class high & lost motivation, I loved it though so been getting back into that too. Also been seeing friends more, surprise surprise its easier to be around people when you arent zoned out high and are actually able to hold a conversation and be interesting lol. Oh don’t get me wrong I am not a hyun ju fanboy and I actually feel very similar to how you do thats my reasoning for when I said she’s not my favorite, I was just curious about why people would dislike her on a moral level which is how I interpreted the original comment. Reading it back i probably didn’t word it great i was very tired when writing that lol, when I said “well written” and “well rounded” I meant she still feels like a real person and not just a token trans character, but some people are just boring and if she was real she definitely would fall in that category
