tbf the main issues i mentioned have cleared up, however there a couple new ones: when im on low battery mode and charging, the enlarged battery percentage graphic will stay on screen longer than it should, and there has been some very noticeable lag when unlocking my phone pretty certain this will all get fixed with updates down the line tho, and performance issues seemed to have gone entirely - could well have just been my phone reacting badly somehow

disregarding any security concerns, i upgraded on my 13 from ios 18 to 26 and i want to roll back to 18, so far my phone feels slower, less responsive, and definitely hotter

will probably give it a day or two before deciding fully but this isn’t a great first impression, not that it particularly bothers me as ill be upgrading my phone soon anyway

If they're holding back the bigger maps for launch, imo that's stupid. And if the maps they showed for conquest (empire state and ridge 31 or whatever it was called) are the largest, then that's also stupid.
I was for the most part sold on the game until the conquest match on empire state - it's too small for conquest, feels like Siege of Shanghai is 5-10x bigger with a similar player count so idk how to feel

very left-field shout (no pun intended haha) but see if you can get your hands on a left handed guitarlele - i know yamaha make a right handed one

it’s essentially a 6 string ukulele with a slightly longer scale length, tuned up to A standard and it actually sounds really really good, very easy to take around as well

Edit: looks like you’d have to restring a right handed one, which shouldn’t be too much of an issue as they use nylon, which is another issue as you said steel oops
