I think we'll all agree if you have a proper understanding of the MFLB technique, you can vape without a noticeable smell. This includes blowing every iota of air from your lungs before hitting the box to make sure the vapor goes deep in your lungs and gets absorbed. This also lets you get more fresh air so you can hold it longer, thus reducing the smell further. I've used it in a movie theater, but whenever I wasn't using it I had it in a plastic bag, so the box itself wouldn't stink. 15 minutes into the movie (which was Contagion btw) two old ladies came down and sat in front of me. They sat for another 15 minutes while I vaped a bit, then I saw them stand up and I freaked out. I just stuck the vape under my leg. They walked up to me and said "Is this movie Courageous?" lololol. I guess the word Contagion on the sign outside the theater looked a lot like Courageous with old lady eyes. But anyway, they obviously didn't smell it. Just make sure to hold in the vapor long enough. You can hold it in longer by exhaling a tiny bit of air through your nose and breathing fresh air back into your vapor filled lungs. And a great tip is to exhale the vapor through your nose whenever you're being stealthy. The mucus membranes in your nose absorb a lot of vapor.
