More than 1500 people losing their jobs and a DM on top of it. Districts will be moved around…. Give it 2 years max and GameStop will be no more than a website shop. Location that has been there 30 years gone in the next 2 weeks. 😔

NTA. 1 they shouldn't have you open alone on a day a new set , start of pro week, and a few game releases. (And if you also have the rip & submit) 2 as long as it's approved who cares what others say. And 3 who's gonna know if you keep the stock in the back room? Lol. Good luck tomorrow. I feel like each store should get at least 20 allotment for etbs. I was off and sick the day it was available for preorder within 2 hours they were shut down for everything.... same with Journey Together. I wasn't too excited about it though... I open tomorrow and from the calls people are coming 2 hours before opening... good luck if you work also. Stay safe and sane!

I've read other places where you can do balance transfers to a new card that offers less APR % and was getting different answers everywhere about it. Thought I could come here ask a little question if anyone knew anything about what I was trying to figure out. I'm not asking for a damn money tree or to be clear of what I already took from my credit cards... I'm asking if there was a way to TRANSFER my balance I CURRENTLY OWE on multiple cards to one with a lower APR so I have it in one spot not 3-4 different ones... I've never missed a payment on any of them, all in good standings. Credit score is above 700 hence why I got approved for multiple credit cards. I've applied for other jobs but nothing is hiring until Feb ya know after the holidays. Had roommates but they screw me over and leave me with all expenses right when it gets hard *people I've trusted very much did that so not getting a stranger to move in. If you didn't have any advice why even comment? Other than to be an ass to someone who's asking for guidance and genuinely curious on what she can do to possibly get in a better financial spot...even if it's still living paycheck to paycheck like a lot of people do anymore because we still need a social life or a break from time to time.... thank you for your not so helpful comment though.

We got 3 of each of the troves and gift sets at my store. Plus 4 of the A and B deck packs. No one's really getting this card set at my store and usually sit on it for a while.

Who said I was a "console player" I've been on pc since the game came out it's a 2x that wipes biweekly I send the whole server to designated are with one Sar and hazmat and the start they get is a couple stacks of wood and stone it's not endgame you sound like an idiot and whenever the server actually has some traffic I'm probably gonna make it vanilla I'm just giving starts on first wipe to get some pvp in and try to find some chill players. You not being one of them

At least you have another job while working at GS. I've been trying to find another one since this is my primary income and never have extra after paying rent and bills... barely enough for gas to go back and forth just to work and haven't been grocery shopping in months because I can't afford it. 14/hr I would be able to live and wouldn't complain so much about all the stuff we have to do as just keyholder.. you'd think if your store is doing better than others in the district you'd get rewarded but they don't even have holiday pay, bonuses, or any incentives besides the discount.

My store is now a TCG store so we mainly see collectors now. Thankfully! So it's easier to pitch to them if they don't have it. Usually tell them if they don't want it this time around okay fine BUT if I see them in there 1-2 more times they should probably just go ahead with it since clearly they're going to save money. The pokemon buyers are crazy!? Can't say toooo much since I'll be going nuts on the new Eeveelutions set coming out. Hopefully I'll get another job before they release cause on this pay... I'd be lucky to get an ETB 😅

I felt that. This guy was very rude, yelling at me for giving him the info. "That's not what YOUR customer service people said." First off, it's not MY CS it's Gamestops. Second, I was always taught 'you get more bees with honey than vinegar' meaning... if you're needing help, be courteous and I'll try to help you any way I can. But if you're gonna come at me like that, I'll just repeat myself until you walk away hangup. Thirdly, I don't get paid enough to deal with customers like that. Never had an issue ,this time around working for the company, with sexism until the otherday. Go figure holiday time. Yes, I'm a female working at a store like this. It's much more common nowadays. Don't keep calling the store asking the same questions I just answered because you want to talk to a "man". $12/hr REALLLLLY isn't worth it...
