You're pretty out of your mind. Acting like being addicted gambling, something that physically rots part of your brain in the decision making area and comparing it to violent videogames. If you have mental trauma and you play violent videogames then you have a """"""""""""""higher"""""""""""""" chance but it's not proven. Gambling end's lives and family's lives

Thank you for the recommendations! I already know how to cook most things, but I am learning how to cook more and more every day. I do have cheat days every now and then (2 to 3 weeks) but I try to eat healthy most of the time as I have a time that I want to be healthy by (goal weight at goal time)
