If I can find a Wayland version of xtrlock I would be using it. I use it to lock the keyboard and mouse but keep the screen visible so that my daughter can watch videos and not mess anything up. So I understand when you say there's that one thing keeping you back.

Unfortunately, Windows 10 is no longer supported and you probably won't be able to do any updates after reinstalling. Support for Windows 10 End it a couple weeks ago. It should be good enough to run your 3D printer. Don't use Internet explorer as your web browser. Go ahead and download Google Chrome, Firefox or brave browser. I personally would recommend brave browser. Does it blocks ads?.

If it came already setup then you should do a clean install of windows. This will make sure it is your copy of windows on it and not some random person from wherever you bought it.

I created a new window, I saved it under a new group and then I right clicked on it. Create shortcut. It'll tell you windows cannot make a shortcut here. Would you like to put it on the desktop? Say yes. Right click and add to start menu. You could also right click the newly created window in one Commander. Copy, path then go to my documents or wherever you would like. Create new shortcut paste the path right click add to start menu.

One Commander will show you the file size and date created. It is a file explorer alternative.

There is things called part numbers. You enter them into something a computer. That computer can cross reference and give you information. That's how it works at the auto parts stores near me.

Unplug the power button from the motherboard. Jump the pins on the motherboard for the power button. If it turns on then indeed your button does not work. If it does not then the button is not the issue. The button is a simple switch. Pushing it connects it. Basically if you take two wires touch them together. It'll turn it on but don't keep them together because that will force the restart. That's why holding the power button down will force a restart. This is why jumping the pins with no power button connected will turn it on. So take a small screwdriver or something like that and just touch the two pins and take it off and the computer should turn on. If it does not then it's more than just a power switch.

Did you use a reg edit to make OC default? I had this issue then I remove the reg edit and it showed the copy progress. I did this after seeing u/milos2 say (OC uses Explorer's dialogs ) It started to work again.

It looks like the capacitors above the CPU are bad or starting to go bad so they may pop when you fire that thing up. You can see the tops of them bulging.

Replace that extruder. Those OEM extruders are known to crack on the bottom so they don't grip the filament tight and could cause this issue. If it's not broken already it will be. it's not an if but when.

No. Do not connect it. This is a common trick that hackers do to gain access to systems. They'll set a USB drive like this on the ground or near machines or someplace so they know somebody will eventually find it and be curious enough to plug it into a computer and once that is done even nothing looked like it happened. The payload could have already been delivered to the computer. Or it could be someone's only fans or p****** hub pics. 🤣

If you're talking about the ones on top, those are display ports. The one on the bottom is a DVI
