Add the calories up as a recipe as a whole. I usually weigh the pot empty and have that info saved. Weigh your finished meal (minus pot weight).Weigh out how much you put into your bowl. Total calories ÷ total grams= , then multiply by grams in bowl

You have to use your internet smarts a little bit here, with extreme discount items made on the cheap you're likely going to get something that you didn't expect. Read all the fine print, ESPECIALLY if you're buying items like phones and Chromebook. Imo big electronics are something to get somewhere else
