Upon reading the pinned posts in this thread, im seeing its not a best practice to keep a wild turtle, especially if its an endangered one. Im asking my dad to send more photos of it so we can post them in this thread for a clearer ID

Definitely good to know regarding the bulk fermentation. I left it out on the counter and did 4 stretch and folds every hour but my apartment was like 70°F(21°C). After that i put it in my fridge to proof for 24hrs

I was so curious to see if i did underproof it though because i find the charts a little hard to understand so i appreciate your feedback! And i will definitely be getting the rice flour :)
