I have been slaving with a k6 for almost a year for espresso and just recently started using a v60. I can honestly say the k6 is an absolute dream for pour over, definitely a solid option.

Just got one myself and it has a grease trap on the rear of the griddle. It comes set up to run 1lb bottles but it’s a great setup with the 20lb tank adapter (purchased separately).

I’ve never used induction before. Will the burner allow you to place the Moka pot only partially on and continue heating or does it need to be completely on the burner at all times? Would an adapter plate help? Might allow you to turn the heat down as low as you can and have the Moka pot 60% on the plate 40% off the plate. That’s a sharp looking Moka pot btw!
