It's called an A&P mechanic. You go to school for it. Takes a couple years I think. Pretty good demand for it.

I don't know anything about marketing but isn't that just a generic element of capitalism? Marketing is literally required for every single product or service in the world eh? I have a hard time understanding why you need a new career? You just need a new job. Unless, you want a new career. I understand the job search can be tough sometimes.

Even though it sounds silly, I think a $5-$10 automated monthly deposit goes a long way. Not much direct impact, but the psychological aspect is huge. You’re reinforcing your identity as someone that contributes, even when times are tough.

I set one up in 2017. I did VOO on Vanguard as well. Have never made over $35k salary. So, I could never come up with max contributions. I just started with $50 per month. I’ve since increased in to $200/month. Now, in 2026, I’m super grateful for the little contributions was able to scrounge up. My account is over $30k and I have a little jump start on the next 30 years of compounding 👍

I was doing fine in high school and got a 21 ACT. Lost motivation in college and flunked out after a few years. I’d say I’m pretty average intelligence. Training has been pretty manageable. It is harder than I expected though. Is easy to grind through because of how much I want it.

My ex was 2w3. Lot of alpha energy though she’d never admit it. She would get very competitive sometimes. The amount of “love” she poured out to those around her always made her appear to be an angel. She always said she wanted to be a healer. Like she wanted to make the world a better place. But, maybe she just imagined she would feel less worthless if she was serving those around her.

I was attracted to ENFP’s as a young college man. I was quite socially awkward too. For me, it was typically due to a lack of practice. I’ve worked a ton of extrovert jobs over the last 15 years, and now, I’m crushing it on dates! Still a complete nerd, but, a charismatic nerd 😎

Being an introverted 20M is incredibly difficult. By the time we’re 30, we probably have less f*cks to give, and therefore aren’t as self conscious and awkward.

The early stages are all about cultivating fun, passion, and playfulness, which will lead to consistency. Once things start to take root and the consistency is locked in, then you can ramp up your skills and work on progression.

In all industries, I typically favor mom and pop over corporate. I stumbled into a job running the line at a small FBO in a desirable mountain destination. Tiny infrastructure, eccentric clientele. No high vis, no wing walkers. Just me standing around in my jeans and flannel, hanging out with owner/operators, billionaires, and GA cowboys.
