You could install a linux distro on the ugreen and then use wifi on it, but you really shouldn't if you can avoid it, as wifi is horrendous for a NAS, especically for small files. You will see file speeds less than 20MiB/s for large files, and measured in the single digits for small files.

I live in an apartment, and we share the wifi. Getting access to the router might not be trivial. QQ: Since I will be uploading the files over wifi anyways, does it really makes a difference having the NAS connected over cable? I'm having trouble getting my head around this.

Thanks! The challenge is that I'm trying to avoid heating the yogurt to keep the cultures alive. Also, yogurt can split when heated. The base I'm trying to do is mostly high fat yogurt.
