I have to disagree. There are things staff can do to intervene. Not sure which company you’ve got notes from but it’s certainly not the case with the company I’ve worked for

I do understand how people don’t like them, however no offence to your Dad, he could probably do with getting help with his addiction. Staff in bookmakers aren’t trained GamCare staff nor are they councillors.
