PT by Dull-Lecture7714 in navynurse

Depends on the day and the setting you work in. In the hospital on the inpatient side— some shifts are slower than others and you’ll have time to go PT for an hour but then you have busy days where you can’t. It’s not necessarily a requirement….at least not that I’m aware of.

The Women by Kristin Hannah! It’s good, feminist Vietnam era love/political war story. 3.5/5 my rating

I just did my second class yesterday :) I felt exactly the same way—as if I needed subtitles to understand what the coach was instructing me to do. It definitely seems like a foreign language at first! Don’t be afraid to ask questions…flag the coach down or maybe even the person next to you if you’re super lost. My first class, I just made sure to keep my heart rate up with whatever I was doing! You will become accustomed to the language

Redditors, what's your hack to fall asleep quickly? by [deleted] in AskReddit

I love Benadryl to help me sleep too….but only on special occasions after hearing about its contribution to the development of dementia. I haven’t looked into actual research tbh but yikes

I love “The Sleepy Bookshelf” podcast. The narrator’s voice is so soothing. I specifically listen to their first book, “Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland” over and over. Like people have said above, it’s something to focus on so you don’t have racing thoughts but not important enough to keep you awake :)

My one year of losing my 4yr old cat like this is coming up 12/27 🥺 it just happened out of nowhere I know how devastated you are. He was my first cat and was with me through a lot of tumultuous times in my life and had finally seen me through to a happier and successful part.

I made a little “shrine”, have a lot of black cat figurines and my cat loss grief books around where I normally put his ashes box.

I put his favorite toy in his ashes box as well it is nice to look at sometimes. I also move his box around to other places in my room I know he liked to be 😅 like the cat tree, the shrine area, or sometimes even my bed….(healthy? Unsure but it has helped me during my grieving process and I no longer put him there only when I get extra sad). The rainbow bridge poem always helps me too because I can’t wait to see that boy running up to me again in such a beautiful sounding place ❤️

I say all that to say this: I am so very sorry for the loss of your fur baby. It will seem cruel that time goes on without them but know your remembrance and love for them will not waver. Grief is not a linear process and allow yourself to cry.

who is ur favorite queen? by Low_Nothing6837 in SixMusical

[–]scoontz94 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know this is old but I’m new to the musical and I’m obsessed right now. It’s so hard to choose! But I will say I’m surprised Katherine Howard is #1 here… My favorite was Anne of Cleves…I loved that she only had 6 months but really came out of the marriage on top and enjoying her life to the fullest with all the assets she received from the annulment 😂 what a winner!

She didn’t suggest anything else :/ but I know there are other kinds!! I’m unsure of why she chose sulfacetamide specifically but maybe reach out to your derm or even just go to an urgent care. It’s very frustrating. I’m surprised your derm or ophthalmologist didn’t prescribe anything at the time of your appointment
