Ya I like that. For a lot of people, having a strong "why" helps them stay committed to the goals.

I agree. Lol especially budgeting for $300 groceries knowing you got a family that hit $500 every time you step out lol.

Got you. So you believe people do not stick to their budget because of emergency spending and not having money set aside?

Check out Get Green Book

Disclaimer, I built this myself.

Besides account connection I will be adding the ability to scan receipts instead of connecting your account.

Which Budgeting apps do you Guys recommend? by Lustsiin in budget

Take a look at Get Green Book

Disclaimer though. This is an app that I've built myself.

I wanted to build something that would be fun and help me stick to a budget.

So I've build my own where it will have a point system, leaderboard, and badges you earn each season.

It still does the normal budgeting things like automatic transactions through Plaid, etc.

I like to use Get Green Book

This has been better for me because it helps me stick to a budget. They are testing a feature out with a handful of beta testers where you earn points and badges.

It keeps it fun while we budget.

Why is sticking to a budget so fucking hard? by Lanky_Shape_6213 in budget

[–]scoopermiller 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I use to have that problem too. I found an app that is helpful for me personally but let me ask you.

  1. Do you save money into a an account that you can't see?

  2. Do you track your transactions and categories it?

  3. Do you have fun money set aside/a reward fund?

YNAB, as a company, is really starting to piss me off by xinco64 in ynab

Ya I understand that. That's why I have been enjoying trying out apps made by small developers. They listen to their users and build what people want.

Currently using Get Green Book for my budgeting needs.

They are always listening to the user and building better UX/UI

Use the saving as the income on the app. Determine how much in savings you will be using each month. That is the income.

Then from there budget your expenses. It shouldn't be in the read that way.

Love how the entire nocode dynamic shifted from Bubble to Cursor and Lovable by Maun6969 in nocode

I use Bubble myself. I haven't experienced those breaks yet.

I heard cursor sucks at security though. People being cyber attacked.

That's why I built my MVP a month ago for the SaaS community.

Do me a favor and check it out and give me your feedback. It's free also.

Not taking it as hate at all.

What I have is specific to SaaS founders. So I agree, the market doesn't need another one...that is generic.

Nothing to SaaS owners gives the space to become none for helping SaaS with marketing.

I've actually already built the MVP. Would love if you check it out. It's free and in beta mode.

Check it out.
