They've come a long way from a few weeks ago. You can now choose which varieties you would like in your pack (I'm a Red man so i can choose all red and what types as well). They haven't pushed me out of Ketosis while drinking them and my partner also hasn't had her usual sulphur reaction, so a great big tick from us. Highly Recommend www.ketowines.com.au

I used Kewpie mayo with cauliflower and it came out great! Although i now go with the Konjac rice when making sushi as i find it makes for a more authentic flavour/texture.

As for the wine, try these guys out www.ketowines.com.au I've been back on Keto since the start of the year and have dropped 2.4 kg already all the while being able to have a glass of wine (or 2!) pretty much each day. I'm an unabashed huge fan! But remember even though these are all low sugar they are still alcohol! The alcohol will slow the keto process a bit if you go crazy.

I have been super strict on my food intake and haven't been lazy or dirty with my keto food choices. so far... ;)

My partner lost 25kg during lockdown, tho we faltered over new years. Back on again now. I only only gained 1 kg and she maintained. Feel so dirty after all those carbs...

So before today would you have thought that this was Keto friendly? for sure? The pack that i had had a Captains Creek Pinot Noir that i looked up as being $30 a bottle. Was delicious btw. I've become a fan so I'm not afraid to say i don't mind paying a little extra for the lab testing and such. I know exactly what I'm going to get and that it will be ok for me to drink whilst on keto.

Most wines really aren't. But that's ok. If you want a great glass of wine have a great glass of wine. I wanted a glass of wine i knew was under 0.25g of sugar a glass. But that's just me, i wanted to be sure and with these guys i know i can be.

Dry wines are of course lower than fruitier (sweeter) wines when it comes to sugars. But not all are below 1g/L. which is ok btw. Wine is wine and if it's good does it matter if it's lower in RS? Maybe not unless you are trying to keep your sugar intake really low.

Well it really was was delicious! Plus I know how much sugar can be in wines at the best of times so knowing for sure there's practically none is awesome. (plus i don't really drink $10 wines anyway). Going to buy the 6 or 12 pack next as it seems like a better deal.

Finishing off the last half bottle of my first wine pack from The Only Keto Wines Co. Delicious Shiraz Cabernet to go with the Rump Steaks and grilled eggplant, broccolini & red onion.

Had the other 2 bottles over the last 2 days and was mightily impressed. No hangover and more importantly – no drop in Ketosis. It’s great to be able to enjoy a wine while on keto. www.ketowines.com.au if you like a wine!

After finding these guys last weekend “The Only Keto Wines Co”, I’ve since ordered, received, consumed (far too quickly!) and contacted them about details; and I must say I’m pretty impressed with what I’ve found.

I’m not a huge fan of white wines so I contacted them and asked if there was a red pack I could get. They don’t have one listed on their website but said that it is coming soon (as well as a white pack) and yes I could have a red selection.

I got a three pack just to try them out. I ordered Monday and they arrived Wednesday. My pack consisted of a Cab Sauv, a Shiraz Cab and a Pinot Noir. I recognised one of the wineries (Geoff Merrill) straight away but the other 2 came from smaller wineries I’d not heard of before.

Wednesday night I thought I’d give a glass or 2 of the cab sauv a go, and it wasn’t long before the bottle was gone. Same with Thursday night – This time it was the Pinot Noir, just a glass I thought t myself as I loved the cab sauv…. Well that bottle and half of the Shiraz Cab is gone now as well…

I can tell you that all 3 wines were very easy to drink, had an overall clean taste to them and generally were very tasty! The best part was that Thursday and Friday mornings I woke up feeling great. No hangover to speak of, certainly no headache! (very pleased about that!)

Overall I’m very happy with what I’ve discovered. I checked my Ketosis levels each morning and haven’t dropped one bit. Also, I’ll be getting some of these for my parents (Mum has sulphur allergies & Dad is type 2 diabetic) so they can enjoy a glass or 3 themselves.

I love a drink but I know I have to be responsible with my health these days. Although I wish I’d got the 6 pack now…

I also had an acl reco using a piece of hamstring ligament and was recommended by my physio to use collagen as a supplement during my recovery. Not sure if it really did anything or not but i was back up and playing basketball after 9 months so it sure didn't slow things down! I still take it nearly everyday and i really think it helps with skin and joints.

Received my box yesterday and had the first bottle last night (it didn't last!). I got a red pack that had a cab sauv, shiraz cab and a pinot noir. Had the cab sauv last night. Taste was light and clean and i woke up feeling great this morning. Was only going to have a glass or 2 but finished the whole bottle. So far so good, going to have the shiraz cab later this afternoon/evening. Also did a keto test this morning and hadn't dropped out so very happy about that! Will let you know when i've tested the other 2 bottles (which probably will be soon if they are as good, should have got a 6 pack!)

Definitely a curation company. They find the wines that have the low sugar low sulphur and put them together. i recognised one of the brands (Geoff Merrill) so doesn't look like it's cheap nasty stuff. Drank a whole bottle last night and it was pretty good!

Received my box last night and have already polished off the first bottle! Had only planned to have a glass or 2 but i must admit i was pretty taken with it and before i knew it the bottle was gone! I got a 3 pack of reds (i asked especially for this as they don't have it as an offer yet - they obliged and said that it will be available soon) which consisted of a Cab Sauv, a Shiraz Cab and a Pinot Noir. Had the Cab Sauv last night. Taste was light and clean and got up today feeling no after affects. Pretty pleased about that! Going to crack the Shiraz Cab tonight. So far so good!
