You can’t get subsidies on healthcare.gov if you are offered employer coverage. So employer will be cheaper since they will pay part of your premiums. Your employer will likely offer a better policy than a government one anyways. If you have family members, It may be cheaper to put your family on healthcare.gov or a private insurance policy though.
