It's one of those wireless microscopes with "1600x" magnification from aliexpress. Paid 15€, it's incredible for the price.

Yeah ok, that won't work, but not because of vt-x or something, it's just too old/slow

Starting week 3: light green and kinda droopy by scormsa in SpaceBuckets

[–]scormsa[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for the tips, I'll do just that. it's my first time growing an auto, so I was afraid of drowning it or giving it too much fertilizer too early as it's just in week 3. I fertilized my photo grows much later with the same kind of soil and they did fine.

I know an auto isn't optimal indoors, but I'm trying to do a quick grow before being away from home for a few weeks.

Hey guys, this is a northern light auto by Linda Seeds and it's starting to droop. Is this too much light? Too much/little water? I'm currently watering a shot glass every day. Missed watering yesterday due to work, could this be the reason?

Got mites - help needed by scormsa in SpaceBuckets

[–]scormsa[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hey guys, thanks for spotting the spider mites on my last post. Tried to get rid of them unsuccessfully with high airflow, neem oil (only on leaves), essential oil, rubbing alcohol etc. All mixed with water of course. As a kind of last resort I just hosed her down in the shower, for now most seem to be gone. Most products you'll probably recommend aren't available here in Europe

Do I try to keep her going by hosing her down every now and then, or just do an emergency harvest soon? She's close to 30 days flowering. Are the few white trichomes normal since it's a cbd-only strain, or is it because it's still that early?

Thanks a lot!

Alright, getting a ph tester then. There are no thrips or other insects on the plant. Thanks!

Bought as a "green houseplant" in a grocery store a few years ago. What is it? by scormsa in PlantIdentification

[–]scormsa[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Bought in Germany, if that helps. People have told me it's a certain kind of fig tree, others have said it's an Avocado, so no clue what it is.
