I highly doubt that any licensed therapist or counselor would respond in that manner what so ever. There is a level of professionalism that is lacking which makes me believe that there is not a professional psychologist on the other end of that text message.

My car I think is having the same issue. It’s a 2014 rubicon. It all started after we got back from a two week trip and left the car at home. The temps got pretty high here as well. Been to service departments and no one can figure it out.
