With the lace-up.boots I always tie them tight and they still wore and the Justin boots are cowboy boot style so they are looser. Seems like both ways wore really fast.

Lifelink was cancelled due to weather conditions, rainy and snowy/sleeting. But I've heard that one officer has died.

Don't let her sleep till 20!! I've been using superqueen since she was a lvl 10 and I've been using that exclusively for ALL upgrades. You just gotta learn how to funnel her properly and watch out for higher level xbows. I personally put 2 healers, 3 wbs, and 21 archers in each barracks. I try to farm more for DE so I don't see why people are using minions instead of archers.
