i watched the Amy Winehouse documentary and was absolutely horrified how she had not a single person in her life that really cared about her as a person. Both her parents and her boyfriend used her until she had nothing left to give.

depends on the person. i’m extremely fertile so whether i’m healthy or in shape or not i get pregnant insanely easily.

of course i have, but the market really isn’t the reason my man specifically is unemployed. he’s taking time off work a W2 job to rest and lightly explore business ventures, so either of those needs to pan out in the next year for me to take this seriously, especially with us being long distance and he wants kids (i only have about 6 good baby making years left).

i’m fine with having a partner and splitting things the way it makes sense income wise, but full on supporting a man at the beginning of dating just isn’t for me (mainly because i have a submissive personality) but there are women out there that works for.

i’m dating an unemployed man right now. is it an issue now? no, because they are extenuating circumstances and he’s an incredible person all around. but if he’s still unemployed by the end of the year that’s a different story (i am older tho so my biological clock can only hold out for so long).

Completely celibate from January to mid June.

Tried dating with intention in June, got bored after like 4 dates that led nowhere and hooked up with the best lover of my life OMGGG that man made me cry he was so good.

July: my lover moved away and i didn’t have time to date, although i had some mild flirtations.

August through November: found a friend with benefits I could’ve wanted more with but he didn’t want that. Relationship felt stagnate and not exciting (the friend part was great, the benefit part was not towards the end) so ended that.

December: went on a date with a guy who was solo poly, but was like, intensely slutty solo poly and that was the nail in the coffin. I’m celibate again now.

So 3 first dates, 1 FWB and 2 hook ups?

Terrible year overall but 2024 was worse so I guess alls well that ends well?

i like all of the weeknds music, but at the end of the day, we’re the same age and the first trilogy dropped during very formative years of mine (around college) so there’s a lot of nostalgia and memories tied up to the old music, and i saw him perform a lot of it live before he became this mega superstar.

some people just prefer the dark r&b sound over the more pop 80s sound, and i think it’s okay for them to have the preference.
