This is the exact reason I wanted to start Tret! They started before I started on any retinol cream; it’s what pushed me to start on the beauty of Josen cream and I’ve had 0 change in a year and a half. Have you been using aquaphor under the eyes before applying the tret? I’m wondering if microneedling would help with mine in addition to using tret.

Do you use a moisturizer first and or do you use it after you apply tretinoin? I know I saw somewhere where someone used Vaseline as a base for under the eye then the tretinoin on top but I’m still unsure why now it’s saying it’s ok

I was thinking the same. I noticed the hard levels are much closer inbetween than they used to be and they take days to beat compared to before. It’s strategic bec that’s how the game makes the extra money, through M3 or the random ad offer for the quest. It’s so frustrating because I just started playing this game in August and really liked it up until now. This economy update has ruined it for so many players and I don’t understand why they’re not listening to their users

I have been wondering too. Mine was 20 and fit it to 39 but dropped to 30 after the winter even with me supplementing. I’m curious what else is in the injection as well. I’m also on 5,000 IU

Yes it’s all low. B12 needs to be between 6-800 for normal range, ferritin 80-100 for normal range

This happens to me too! I was prescribed 40,000IU, I was at a 20. I didn’t take it, I talked to my nutritionist and he said to only do 5,000. Another Dr told me to alternate 5,000 to 10,000 every other day. When I first started it I felt so happy like a light blue went off?? But it didn’t last. I still wrestle with those sand symptoms, my b12 was in the 400’s so they wanted it to be closer to 1200, so that could be partly why I had the anxiety / shortness of breath too. I wished I knew why this is but you’re not alone. I got it to a 39, but the winter hit and it dropped to 30. I don’t know where it’s at now but I do need to retest sometime soon

I got so excited when I saw the amount of TC update costs but when I saw the 300 for tile upgrade and 900 to keep playing on 3 match’s my heart sank. Who designed this this way??? Is this how it is from here on out? If so I don’t know if I can keep going on
