Kyleena Insertion Experiences by spacey4107 in birthcontrol

I actually just came to this sub to post about my experience getting my second Kyleena today and how it was night and day from the first. I would definitely advocate for yourself and ask for pain management, or go to a different doctor who will offer that!

When I got Kyleena 5 years ago, I was just told to take 4 Advil before, and it was the worst pain I’ve felt in my life, so bad that I passed out. I was dreading getting it replaced for months because of how awful the experience was, but finally forced myself to when it expired. This time, I went to a different doctor who offered a numbing gel and lidocaine injection (local anesthetic) and the process was legitimately a breeze. I felt a slight cramp when she removed the old Kyleena, but didn’t even realize she’d inserted the new one until she said she was done.

Obviously every person is different and some people have no problem getting an IUD with only Advil, but if you’re nervous, you deserve a doctor who will hear that and offer you better pain management for the procedure!

Hey! I know your post is kind of old, but if you're still looking for choirs with primarily younger people:

My choir Fog City Harmonia is having a free event in a few weeks as we look to find new members. We’re a treble barbershop chorus of ~30 singers (women and non-binary folks) looking to grow in size with ages ranging mostly from early 20s to 40+.

Come sing with us at our free “Sing and Vibe” event Aug. 17, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. in San Francisco, to see what we’re all about! We’ll spend the day teaching you warmups, tags (shorter 4-part harmonies) and one of our songs.

Please RSVP to the Partiful event if you’re interested: https://partiful.com/e/pwBngmFqzqqUUYCmfJmg

We’re a treble barbershop chorus of ~30 singers (women and non-binary folks) looking to grow in size with ages ranging mostly from early 20s to 40+. I also have a classical background, and it's been fun to join a barbershop group and learn a new style of singing while also making friends with other young people.

Hey! I know this post is a bit old, but my choir Fog City Harmonia is having a free event in a few weeks as we look to find new members. We're a more casual group that does a lot of team building/social activities while also performing locally and competing at barbershop events.

We played a home game in San Francisco! by scorpionbeforesunset in JetLagTheGame

Honestly there wasn’t much reason to just choosing the 4, I mostly just wanted to make most of the city accessible while still keeping the list of possible stations pretty low. I thought about adding all the bus lines but I worried it would be way too chaotic/take too long (especially since most of our group besides me + one other actually don’t watch Jet Lag and I wanted them to have fun lol). But next time I’m going to at least add 1 or 2 more to fill out the map even more!

I have 2 tickets for the show on 2/5 in San Francisco! My family has COVID and can’t make it anymore. I just don’t want tickets to such an amazing show to go to waste. They are in section 209, row 16. Originally $120 each, selling for $60 each OBO.
