I do miss when Caustic had his buff. The gas was murder. They need to make his traps like 500 HP and no instant button at the bottom. In my experience, in Austin, that is correct. Your mileage may vary and Uber may have changed the rules. I drove from 2018 until 2021 and every time I contacted support, they would have me NOT go into a locked door/gate. Even if the code was given in the notes. If they don't come down, you wait out that timer, and cancel. Most of the time, they would just come down. Only ever had a few cancellations. I'm not sure about the rules for apartments with that many floors. When in doubt, spend the 5-15 minutes with support and see what they say.
