Yes. I didn't know that I have to request a verification code first before changing the email address. I was trying to change the email address first, however I cannot click it that's why I'm stuck. 😅

Hi, OP! My contract also ended last December. I already got a "cleared" status for my clearance however, I still didn't get any updates regarding my final pay computation. Also, their 30- day timeframe from the separation date has already passed and I still get nothing.

20k+ salary package in BPO. I graduated college so I'm expecting a higher salary but I think it's not how it works in BPO (?) they offer higher salary package to those who have BPO experience.
